Covid-19 Curbside Protocols
At Quail Pointe Veterinary Hospital, our priority is and always will be the health and safety of our clients, patients, team members and the community.
To ensure this, we will continue to follow all guidelines, orders and requirements set forth by all federal, state, county and city governments.
Following updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the AVMA for veterinary facilities and their employees, we are taking the following actions, effective immediately:
Changes in Protocols for Our Clients
Due to the recent surge in cases, we are currently offering curbside service only.
Upon your arrival, please park in the lot, remain in your vehicle and call (801) 825-9191 to check in.
We will send someone out to retrieve your pet and escort him or her inside for the appointment. The doctor will call to discuss a treatment plan and go over any important information.
Once the appointment is complete, a member of our team will bring your pet back out to your vehicle.
All payments will be processed over the phone rather than in our lobby.
