Emergency Care Availability

While we do not currently offer 24/7 emergency services, our team is committed to supporting your pet’s urgent needs during our **regular business hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

If your pet experiences an emergency outside of these hours, our clients may call our After-Hours Support Line: 81-690-1967.

This service is free of charge and connects you with a skilled and experienced veterinary technician who can help you determine whether your pet should be seen by an emergency hospital immediately or if the situation can safely wait until the next business day.

Please note:
• The after-hours support team consists of veterinary technicians, not veterinarians.
• They cannot provide medical advice or diagnose medical conditions.
• Their role is to offer guidance and recommendations to help you decide the best next step for your pet’s care.

We understand how stressful emergencies can be, and we are here to help guide you whenever possible.
